As collegiate coaches receive thousands of applications and videos, I help to showcase high school athlete’s skills in an efficient and concise edit to show prospective colleges. Depending on the athlete’s strengths, I organize the clips by putting their most highlighted clips first followed by montages of offensive and defensive skills categorized by action. This allows coaches to see consistency at the position and an easy way to refer back to the section later on.
The footage used is a mix of content that I’ve shot individually, footage gathered from parents on their phones/camcorders, and real time game footage from coaches using the website Hudl.
