On Time

David isn’t the most organized individual in life but he hopes to turn that around starting with his first big job interview… or at least that’s the plan if he can only get there on time. But everything that could go wrong on the most important day of his life is thrown at him trying to keep him from leaving the house on time. Through all the ups and downs though the musical soundtrack of David reminds viewers that David is always optimistic about his chances.

I got the inspiration for the film from my friend Tommy, the main actor, who loves to sing famous songs while working around the house. One day I wrote down a character treatment for him with hopes I could use it in a film and the opportunity arose when I was assigned to create a 5-minute narrative with no dialogue.
